Introducing Sheraton Nice Airport, a 4-star tourist hotel conveniently located near the Nice Airport in France. With over 20 years of experience traveling in France and Europe, guests have found Sheraton Nice Airport to exceed their expectations, unlike many other American chain hotels in the region. The hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with highlights including a delicious breakfast buffet and an amazing rooftop restaurant called She's. One aspect that could be improved is the underground parking, as some guests have found it to be small and difficult to navigate. However, the hotel's modernity and proximity to the airport make it a convenient choice for travelers. The well-appointed rooms provide all necessary amenities, though additional wall outlets near the bed would be appreciated. The sixth-floor pool and bar offer a convenient spot for dining, although the food is considered average. Overall, Sheraton Nice Airport's convenient location and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for those visiting the area.

Reviews
I am keeping this review separate from their 'Room Service/Onsite restaurant Table des Suds', which was an absolutely shambolic endeavor (e.g. completely broken service).
Let's start with the positives:
1) Location - it is literally across the street from Terminal 1, so if you're flying British Airways, then you can't beat the location. If you're flying in/out of Terminal 2, then it's just a short taxi or tram ride away.
2) Housekeeping and Front Desk staff - excellent customer service, from start to finish.
3) The hotel itself - new construction that's not even two (2) years old.
4) The executive club lounge - a nice perk for elite members to unwind with a decent choice of snacks and drinks in a small, yet comfortable surrounding.
And now, the not-so-positives:
1) No ice machines (???) - this is a bit ridiculous. The other two hotels I stayed at during my trip to Nice offered ice machines and buckets for your room. Here, you have to request ice from the Front Desk, and they bring it out to you in a mini-bucket that invariably forces you to make multiple requests. This is absurd.
2) The ability to connect your devices to the TV in your room. Check the photos to see the error message you get. You're stuck watching your shows and other media on your own device - no possibility of casting from your device. Frustrating more than anything else.
3) Room Service didn't work - please see comment above, as I wound up ordering/eating out at their local competition. So much for revenue generation within the hotel grounds.
4) In-room refrigerator - didn't keep anything cold unless you left the ice bucket inside (and that ice melted quickly)!
As much as I liked the physical hotel and its location, I will return to either the Crowne Plaza just across the street or the AC Hotel in Old Town - please see both reviews. This is a real bummer, because this Sheraton location has so much potential. Sadly, there just isn't any value for what you are currently paying to stay, unless you're just looking for a convenient place to rest after/prior to your flight.
We are so thankful for our stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport! It was the first place we stayed upon arrival for our move from the U.S to France. When we arrived, we were exhausted and had a large amount of baggage that we brought from the airport across the street, so were a bit dishevled. The front desk person, Laura, greeted us with kindness, which made us more at ease.
The room was amazing and spacious enough to hold all of our items. We were able to sleep so well and began our new life in France in a very positive manner.
The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was high quality.
We are looking forward to our future visits that are already reserved as Nice will be our gateway airport.
Merci to all of the staff at the Sheraton Nice Airport, particularly Laura!

I love staying at this place, this hotel was over and beyond our expectations, being from the USA, and traveling to France and Europe for over 20 years, I never was comfortable staying at the so called American chains in France, not like our brands in North America. This hotel was one of the best and most comfortable hotels I have been too.
I loved the breakfast buffet and She's roof top restaurant was amazing.
The one thing they need to do something with the underground parking and have a valet service, this would be the only thing I would say I had an issue with. Parking my car in a super small underground parking garage, I nearly scratched my car coming out. But other than that it was all perfect!
The hotel is perfect for airport Terminal 1 or a quick tram to Terminal 2. The building is very clean, rooms spotless, comfortable beds. The buffet was good but not excellent, for the cost.
Christine at the front desk was superb!
The She bar was pretty.
More hot water for showers would be 5 star for us.
I would rate this hotel with 6 stars!
Excellent service, customer focused employees and top value. Everything was great. The executive lounge is small but has great service, food and drinks
I have a few complaints that I cannot believe
The breakfast is awesome
I have over 850 nights in my account and rate this hotel as one of my favorite!!!
Modern and new hotel by Nice Airport. If you arrive in Terminal 1, it's just a 5 minute walk across the street. If you arrive in Terminal 2 you may take the Tram to Terminal 1. Super convenient location as it is close to Tram and Train stations. Each Tram trip costs 1.70 Euros and in 40 minutes you could be at Port Olympia, (Port of Nice). You could also take the Tram to downtown which is less than 30 minutes. The rooms are well appointed with everything that you may need. I could use more wall outlets by the bed.
The pool and She's bar on the sixth floor is a convenient place to grab a bite to eat. Food is average.
The three elevators are very slow for a new hotel. The conference room downstairs on level -1 is nice and large. Breakfast is offered on the lobby floor and has a good selection.
In summary it's a convenient hotel at a reasonable price. Check it out!
I will not recommend this hotel and restaurant despite a perfect location for the airport. Parking is not indicated when you get to this hotel. Once you get to the parking, the gate is closed and you have to ring to talk to an operator. We waited for 10min for the security gate to open and we were stuck between the parking gate and the car parking door. I had to leave the car to go in the hotel to talk to the receptionist to ask him to open the car parking door. He told me he was busy with client for the last 10min that's why he never opened the parking door.
We got to our rooms which are okay, nothing special but they were clean.
We ended up going to their rooftop restaurant. Their staff was not friendly, waiting time was too long. We finally got our meals that were of very poor quality. Our risotto was very undercooked cooked and our French fries were cold. We told the staff about it and they did not seem to care. It was the first restaurant in France that we went too where the food was mediocre despite a nice rooftop view.
When we left in the morning and ask the reception how to get to the airport, they pointed towards the door with little care and barely a word to be spoken.
Superb location for overnight stays before a flight. Great staff and rooms. Breakfast is very good. Good connections to the Old town, but beware you need to buy a travel card to charge and tap each journey. First min charge is €4 , €2 for the card and cash only, at least on my bus.
